Let this be a lesson to all of you who have siblings. The pass the blame on your sibling trick may not have worked so well on mom, but it does work on the police. This smooth talkin boozer managed to convince the cops who pulled him over that he was actually his brother so he could avoid a second DWI charge on top of the one he already had. Fast thinking for a drunk... too bad he called his bro to come bail him out of jail.
